Digital Leadership - a workshop at Germany's #1 MBA school

Lippmann International designed and facilitated a one-day workshop around “Leadership In The Digital Age” at the #1 MBA school in Germany [as per FT, Jan 28, 2019]: WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. The full-time and part-time MBA students actively engaged on the timely topic and took away hands-on, pragmatic tools. [Next session scheduled for Dec 1st 2019!]

Pfizer's Global Diversity Day - in Paris facilitated by Brigitte Lippmann
On October 3rd, Pfizer Inc celebrated their Global Diversity Day. Lippmann International was proud to lead the discussions in the Paris Office with a keynote on “Creating an inclusive culture”. The interactive session was followed by a market place with stands explaining the different diversity efforts under way at Pfizer France.

How do we test talents, live diversity and increase market success? We need to evaluate and support our talents differently seen the changes in our markets, work environments and societies. Brigitte's article which ran in the German main news paper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (F.A.Z.) in their HR-Journal gives some ideas. Expert-Interview in Paris

In June 2018 I was invited to an interview and discussion to the topic of multicultural Executive Presence in multinational organizations. Particular focus was on the need for women to pivot their style depending on the leadership traits desired and expected in the different settings. We had a lively discussion that stretched all the way to the ensuing Champagne reception. Thanks to the EWMD for organizing the event and the pictures!
Total E-Quality's Award Celebrations
Every year, Total E-Quality bestows organizations (companies, educational, scientific and government organizations) with their prestigious award. Brigitte Lippmann often participates in the high calibre panel discussions.
Topics of discussion are diversity management and how organizations could and should leverage social and global diversity. Particular focus were the needs and opportunities that women have to advance to key leadership positions in the digital age.

BNPP Diversity Week with Lippmann International
At the 2014 Diversity Week of BNPP (Banque National de Paris Paribas) in Paris, Brigitte Lippmann was invited to speak about Executive Presence - here more.
Events during the "Diversity Week" looked into diversity topics such as necessary self-confidence, the value of diversity as driver for innovation and performance to the necessary dialogue between generations. Mrs. Lippmann spoke about the elements that constitute Executive Presence as key element for advancement especially for diverse employees. All employees of BNPP Paris were invited to listen, participate and observe theater groups, comedians, university professors and of course leaders. Information booths and gallery walks complemented the week-long event
